  • One account per household: You may connect one Kroger account per Tastease household. Do not connect Kroger accounts that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
  • Compliance with Kroger terms: Your use of the Kroger integration must comply with Kroger's developer and customer terms of service. Tastease is not affiliated with The Kroger Co. and cannot warrant Kroger service availability or pricing.

3. Account Rules

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

5. OFAC and Sanctions Compliance

Tastease is operated from the United States. You may not use the service if you are:

By using Tastease, you represent that neither you nor any person or entity on whose behalf you are acting is subject to these restrictions.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion. We will generally provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure before taking action, except where the violation is severe, ongoing, or creates legal risk.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy or a potential security issue, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
